| 1 | WINNER - Katie Buhler I was asked to redesign onesies for a small child to wear. I cut off the bottoms and either added skirts to make a dress or serged around the bottom to make a shirt. I used scrap fabric to add the skirts to the dresses the best part was matching all the fabric to the onesies. It also gave me a chance to try out my new sewing machine and learn how to use a ruffler. When I was finished I had made 17 onesies into new wearable dresses and shirts.
