2009 National Sewing Month Contest Submissions

I took an old pair of my insulated coveralls and an old pair of my husband’s insulated bibs and used the “better spots” to cut out a pair of insulated bibs and a hooded jacket for our grandson. I placed the pattern taking advantage of zippered sections like the leg zippers and zippered pockets. I cut the sections so that the zippers were where I needed them. I cut the front of the jacket taking advantage of zippered chest pockets that were on my coveralls for zippered pockets for the “little” jacket.
