| 223 | Vicki Pritchard I've been making different kinds of reusable shopping bags and thought it would be fun & colorful to use actual bags that food comes in, since these bags are not recyclable where I live. I saved the sturdiest & most colorful bags, cut & washed them, and sewed them onto an old bed sheet using a paper grocery bag as a pattern. The handles are made from 2 thicknesses of braided trim. It has gotten lots of comments at the grocery store, and now my friends have started saving their colorful food bags for me! |
