| 23 | Nancy Athearn This sweater-jacket was made from one man's pullover sweater that was color blocked. The bottom 6-8 inches was the dark variegated blue, the middle was medium variegated blue, and top was the lightest. All ribbed bands were navy blue. The center 6-8 inches had a cable pattern, which is visible on a few of the blocks. I took all the ribbing and the sleeves off, and cut open one side of the sweater body and the sleeves. I then fused lightweight tricot interfacing to all pieces to help prevent the knit from running. |
