Anderson_Hermelinda1.JPG - Hermelinda Anderson I took an old pair of jeans and made a bag out of them. I used the bottom (legs) for the straps. I seam-ripped the waist and belt loops to secure straps, and placed a loop with a hook for keys that could neatly drop into the right front pocket. FRONT – I embroidered a design on each side and embellished heart yo-yos and used heart buttons to secure yo-yos to the body of the bag. BACK – I embroidered both back pockets, using a heart design and butterfly for the left back pocket, and initials and a rose design on the right back pocket. I used the original belt loops and included a removable sash. (Secured with a buttonhole and a button).
